Tower CB21
Refurbishment of the CB21 Tower. The CB21 Tower, a modernist landmark built in 1974 by Harrison & Abramovitz, is undergoing a new transformation led by Covivio and the architectural practice Sisto Studios. The project showcases its cross-shaped layout, natural light and architectural identity, whilst expanding the working experience to include hospitality features: a rooftop terrace, a panoramic restaurant, event spaces and suites. The design reinterprets the spirit of the 1970s without resorting to pastiche, through a raw interior shell, vintage elements, wood, bio-based and reused materials, as well as details that echo the façade. The aim is to build on CB21’s history whilst adapting it to contemporary uses.
